Purpose
The BAA establishes the responsibilities of Hella Intelligence as a Business Associate handling Protected Health Information on behalf of the customer covered entity.
Safeguards
Administrative, physical, and technical safeguards conform to 45 CFR 164.308, 164.310, and 164.312. Per-tenant isolation is the primary technical safeguard.
Subcontractors
Every subprocessor that touches PHI has a signed BAA that flows down equivalent obligations.
