Weeks 1–4
Phase 1 — Environment Setup
We set up your dedicated, isolated environment. Brand kit, your own subdomain, MFA enrollment. Office Ally enrollment in parallel.
Weeks 4–8
Phase 2 — Data Migration
We pull your data from Alleva, Kipu, or TheraNest. AI-assisted deduplication and cleanup. Pre-flight validation report. You sign off before we finalize.
Weeks 8–16
Phase 3 — Training + Soft Launch
Clinician training. Front-desk training. Billing team training. Two-week soft launch where you can fall back to your old EHR if anything breaks. Then full cutover.
