Agreement
Use of ABHOS is governed by the master services agreement signed between the customer agency and Hella Intelligence.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of all data entered into the system, including PHI. Hella Intelligence acts as a Business Associate.
Service availability
The service targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are scheduled outside clinical hours.
Termination and export
On termination, customers receive a complete data export within 30 days. Your dedicated environment is decommissioned after export confirmation.
